A new bar by The Butter Factory that puts a cheeky spin on garden parties.

SAUCE bar launched in July 2011 at Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay. Situated on prime waterfront land by Marina Bay, SAUCE consists of an indoor area with a long bar and a large alfresco courtyard. SAUCE is a brand new addition to the bar scene in Singapore, catering to the creative types, butter aficionados and theatre goers looking for a spot to kick back with a drink or 5.

Following the expansion of The Butter Factory from its old spot to One Fullerton and the successful collaboration with the Lo & Behold group on bar & diner Overeasy, SAUCE is the latest innovative  project by The Butter Factory group.  

Designed by architectural firm, Zarch Collaboratives, the space is a carnival of objects ranging in forms and colours in a whole myriad of chairs, fabrics, tables, lights, light bulbs, glass panels, plants and bars.

Walk into our magic garden and sample from a selection of reasonably priced gourmet cocktails and enjoy the sauciest Happy Hour deal this side of town. With Asahi beer half pint & a pint is priced at a tasty $5 nett, and $8 nett respectively ALL NIGHT every day, that’s all the magic you need to start your own garden party!
